Shipping and Returns

We accept Visa or MasterCard, via PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to purchase.
We do not accept American Express, cheques or postal orders. We will process your order within 24 hours after receiving payment. If there are any foreseeable delays you will be contacted.


The delivery ‘risk’ from an online store is often misunderstood or not clearly identified as who has the risk of a lost or broken parcel in the post. I package each parcel as if it were being sent to me, taking the time to ensure it is packaged appropriately. Unfortunately our friends in the courier or postal business treat our parcels as if they belong to someone else (which they do).
In the event of a loss or breakage:

Sent via Australia Post, the customer will need to pursue the recovery of the parcel.

My French Laundry will assist in providing as much information as possible to help with the claim process.

Registered Post is highly recommended as I am not responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is an extra cost of $3.20 for insurance up to $100.00

If the postage quoted via the website is considerably over the actual cost, a refund will be given via PayPal.


International shipping is available on many of our items. Due to the varied shipping costs, we do ask that you contact us first with the items you would like to purchase so that we can provide an accurate shipping quote. To contact us please complete the following form.





My French Laundry  has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the website. It is not guaranteed that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
